Joining together at the EPICOH Conference 2025, our five WISEWORK-C projects spent half a day collaborating in the second Cluster Annual Meeting.
With representatives in person and online from all five projects, EU-CoWork, INTERCAMBIO, PROSPERH, SONATA and WAge, WISEWORK-C was pleased to also welcome European Commission representatives who shared insights into policy perspectives of the EU in our research area.
- Directorate-General for Research and Innovation – Dr. Rita Araujo: Next steps for EU funded Research and Innovation in Environment, climate and health
- Directorate-General Employment, Social Affairs and Inclusion – Maria Bartsoka: EC’s occupational health related initiatives – with a focus on EU-OSHA

- Updates from each of the six WISEWORK-C Working Groups – identifying an increasing number of synergies between the projects where collaboration can add value to innovation, science and the outputs of the individual projects.
- An informative session with a tryptic of presentations from European Commission representatives on policy perspectives in the fields of mental and physical health in changing work environments.
- A stimulating discussion about this policy direction, the need to form concrete policy recommendations as a cluster, leveraging the findings and evidence of our 5 projects and our target audiences for policy recommendations to achieve the greatest impact.
- An exchange of ideas and focus for the WISEWORK-C cluster over the next 12 months.
