Our consortium meeting in Barcelona was a great success, bringing together members from across our partner organizations at the ISGlobal office in the Barcelona Biomedical Research Park (PRBB). Throughout the meeting, work package and task leaders presented updates on their progress and outlined plans for the upcoming phase of the project. A dedicated session was also held for early career researchers, providing them with the opportunity to showcase their work and receive feedback from colleagues across the consortium. These presentations were followed by engaging discussions that generated new ideas and strengthened collaboration across the consortium.
The meeting concluded with valuable input from our Scientific Advisory Board, whose insights and recommendations provided clear guidance as we move into the next stage of the project.
Beyond the formal sessions, the consortium gathered for a team dinner on the evening of the 14th of January, where participants enjoyed delicious tapas and had the opportunity to build connections in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
We look forward to the exciting work ahead as we move into year 3 of the project.
